Research Topic
This laboratory was newly established this year with the aim of conducting research based on the unique perspectives of surgeons who have experienced the reality of “grasping” solid tumors with their own hands.
By translating these insights into clinical studies, we strive to bring innovative treatment strategies back to the bedside and contribute to the advancement of cancer therapy.
We welcome those who share our vision to join us in this endeavor.
Main research themes
- Cancer microenvironment related to the progression of gastrointestinal cancer
- Immune responses to solid tumors
- Establishment of novel treatments for peritoneal dissemination
